Our design for a new showroom format for Bathstore serves to demonstrate a step-change in the retail proposition.

The introduction of an installation service & a tile and surface finishes offer, drives an environment which looks to provide a reassuring backdrop to a customer’s turnkey transaction.


The sales and consultation area is key within the store, where there are customer facing monitors to help customers engage with the design process.

A boutique aesthetic brings together a blend of traditional moulding and panel details, presented with a clean, fresh approach to the envelope backdrop and application of finishes.


The new tile offer and panel wall solutions are displayed in a format derived from a mood-board swatch style of presentation.

This allows for immediate updates of new surface and material introductions, as well as allowing for tailored combinations to reflect localised trends. 

A dedicated shower zone showcases the latest in wet-room and showering solutions, reflecting the upward trend of customer spend in this area. 


A new suite of product display formats are introduced, where we balance customer aspirations with key sales and market data.
